Born in New York and raised in Caracas-Venezuela, Michelle Faraco is a vulnerable, transparent, creative and passionate keynote speaker, social entrepreneur baldly [or boldly] living as her most authentic self.
She is the Founder of Moon Child, a social movement that empowers thousands to feel good with themselves, as they are, in order to show up in the world as their most authentic self, thus tapping into their full potential.
Michelle understands the challenges we face, personally and professionally, when we don’t accept our TRUE selves because she’s been there.
She spent over 7 years helping clients connect with employees and customers as a Client Service Team Lead in the ad agency world, for agencies such as Leo Burnett and Omnicom Group. During her time there she built a client roster of category-leading brands such as: Johnson’s Baby, Allstate Insurance, Lactaid, ASICS, Mexico Board of Tourism, CISCO, Charter Communications and more.
She offers an inside look at how working through our self-acceptance and authenticity leads to growth and change, even if it’s outside of our comfort zones.
